Plano is a Financial Education Fintech, both for individuals (B2C) and companies (B2B2C). We have more than 3,000 customers served throughout Brazil. Our team works online and customized, helping you, in a practical and effective manner, to plan, organize and control your money, whether for paying off debts, saving or investing.
CHALLENGES
- Adapt the platform that the customer already used to the cloud;
- Cope with the ever-increasing data flow;
- Reduction of manual work;
- Reduce manual handling of Google sheets.
SOLUTION
The project scope included the implementation of a Data Analytics and Marketing Analytics / Cloud for Marketing architecture, using Google Cloud solutions (Cloud Scheduler, Cloud Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage, BigQuery, DataStudio). Processes were developed to extract data from Marketing tools for Ad Managers (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Google analytics), CRM (Pipedrive) and email marketing tools (MailChimp, Zapito), created the data integration layer in a single storage architecture via Cloud Storage and BigQuery, automating the loading processes and making data and indicators available through Dashboards in Google DataStudio.
