LEEGA ACADEMY

LEEGA ACADEMY IS AN INITIATIVE FOR THE EDUCATION OF QUALIFIED PROFESSIONALS FOR THE TECHNOLOGY MARKET IN THE DATA AREA, CUSTOMIZED ACCORDING TO THE CUSTOMERS NEEDS.

With the internal success of this initiative and with the constant requests from our customers, we created a training process, which could be extended to the market, the Leega Academy. 

We have not only expanded this program, but we have also made several improvements, taking into account the current market demands and our experience acquired in the different projects developed throughout our history.

Currently, Leega Academy is a customized program according to the needs of each company, because in addition to the hard skills modules, we also have an important program of soft skills.

OUR HISTORY AND OUR ACHIEVEMENTS

2012

We started our educational program with the creation of training belts according to the professionals we needed to ensure the delivery of our Analytics and BI projects and address the lack of resources in the market. During this period, we have accumulated positive experiences and identified some points of improvement, which made us improve this process to the point that several of our customers have requested our support in the training process of their teams. 

So far, we have achieved significant numbers and we can highlight: 

  • 14 internal groups trained
  • 170 trained professionals
  • 50% of talent retention
  • 15% of retention over 5 years
  • 20% of talent internalization by customers

2022

Based on our experience, customers interest and company needs, we decided to take this knowledge to the market and organized these training belts to launch our educational program to the market, under the name of Leega Academy. 

PROGRAM STRUCTURE

Leega Academy is structured in modules, focused on both hard skills and soft skills, and includes: concepts, cases and connections with daily practice. Modules classes are theoretical and practical. 

The program structure in modules allows companies to hire only what is aligned with their needs, and also allows the customized development of special tracks. 

Currently we have 3 defined training tracks: 

  • DATA ENGINEER
  • DATA ANALYST
  • DATA SCIENTIST

Leega Academy is designed in modules with the objective of developing:  

  • The learning ability and design the analysis strategy (from architecture, data collection and processing, analysis to communication and insight generation)
  • The skills (hard and soft) to execute the designed strategy, meeting the end-to-end analysis process;
  • And finally, a project based on a real case from Leega or the market.

PROGRAM DIFFERENTIATORS

  • Complete training program – including hard skills and soft skills modules.
  • Modular Structure – Based on the development of skills demanded by the company objectives and projects, which can be studied separately.  
  • Leega experience in talent training – intensively use at Leega for the professionals training, always reaching a large number of stakeholders, both internally and externally, and even increasing talent retention. 
  • Technical competence of instructors – Experienced professionals in the market, such as training experience and leadership of projects with the most different sizes.  
  • Practical and theoretical classes – in addition to theoretical classes, students put into practice the learned concepts, seeking to solidify theoretical learning and the applicability of concepts in situations common to day-to-day practice. 
  • Concepts consolidation activities – these activities can be conducted in groups or individually, according to the requirements of each program. 
  • Final activities of each module – At the end of each module, activities are concluded with the presentation or delivery of a case solution, covering what has been learned so far.
  • Mentoring – allocation of qualified professionals with technical and management experience during the entire project.  
  • Feedback: Professionals receive technical, methodological and behavioral feedback on a constant basis to ensure training. 
  • Customization: Possibility to customize the training with the real technologies and challenges of the customer routine. 
  • Monitoring of the entire program evolution – the company, when acquiring the program with mentoring, will receive periodic reports on the professional and behavioral evolution of the team.
  • Flexible hiring: the company has the flexibility to hire only training, training + mentoring or a full program with recruitment of professionals by Leega team. 

HIRING MODELS

In order to meet the company needs and the market demands, Leega Academy is offered in 3 different formats, all with the possibility of a customized training with the technologies used by the customers and simulating their environment: 

MODEL 1 – RECRUITMENT + TRAINING + MENTORING

Recruitment and hiring by Leega of up to 15 Trainee professionals for the training program.

Training of professionals using our training tracks for Data Analyst, Scientist and Engineer.

Mentoring: allocation of 1 (one) qualified professional to perform management and technical support to a team of up to 15 professionals.

MODEL 2 – TRAINING + MENTORING

Training of up to 15 employees assigned by the Customer using our training tracks for Data Analyst, Scientist and Engineer.

Mentoring: allocation of 1 (one) qualified professional to perform management and technical support to a team of up to 15 professionals.

MODEL 3 – TRAINING

Training of up to 15 employees assigned by the Customer using our training tracks for Data Analyst, Scientist and Engineer.
