Privacy Policy – Access Management

Access Management is an authentication and authorization tool on platforms such as Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others, aiming to automate the creation and measurement of our clients’ campaigns, always with the user’s consent and in accordance with the privacy policies of each platform. The snt-mkt-automation.com (Self-Analytics) is available at https://sea.snt-mkt-automation.com/login.

It is a controlled access platform that will enable authentication on the following platforms:

• Google Analytics
• DoubleClick Bid Manager
• DoubleClick Campaign Manager
• Google Ads
• YouTube
• Facebook Ads
• LinkedIn

After the user authenticates, the following actions will be possible:

Google Ads – Manage your Google AdWords campaigns through the STS platform available at http://sts.snt-mkt-automation.com. The STS platform is a campaign registration system used by the user, where all campaign information is entered by the user. Once registered, it will be possible, from the application, to create the registered campaign in Google Ads, again, only with the user’s action. For more information, see Google Ads service terms.

Facebook Ads – Manage your Facebook Ads campaigns through the STS platform available at http://sts.snt-mkt-automation.com. The STS platform is a campaign registration system used by the user, where all campaign information is entered by the user. Once registered, it will be possible, from the application, to create the registered campaign in Facebook Ads, again, only with the user’s action. Google Analytics – View and download Google Analytics data through automated processes available to users. At the user’s request, after authenticating in the application, it will be possible to read and provide Google Analytics information that has been properly mapped or “tagged,” such as ads, conversions, clicks, among others. No content will be created from the processes we provide; the purpose of this permission is only to read information automatically and make it available to the user. DoubleClick Bid Manager – View and manage your reports in DoubleClick Bid Manager through automated processes available to users. At the user’s request, after authenticating in the application, it will be possible to read and provide Bid Manager information automatically, such as Advertiser, Campaign ID, date, Creative ID, among other information. No content will be created from the processes we provide; the purpose of this permission is only to read information automatically and make it available to the user. DoubleClick Campaign Manager – View and manage reports in DoubleClick for Advertisers through automated processes available to users. At the user’s request, after authenticating in the application, it will be possible to read and provide Campaign Manager information automatically, such as Advertiser, date, clicks, total conversions, among other information. No content will be created from the processes we provide; the purpose of this permission is only to read information automatically and make it available to the user. YouTube – View monetary and non-monetary reports from YouTube Analytics about your YouTube content, view your YouTube account, and view Google Analytics reports for your YouTube content through automated processes available to users. At the user’s request, after authenticating in the application, it will be possible to read and provide YouTube information, such as Channel ID, Comments, Likes, Monetized Playback Estimates, among others. No content will be created from the processes we provide; the purpose of this permission is only to read information automatically and make it available to the user. LinkedIn– View information from your LinkedIn account through automated processes available to users. At the user’s request, after authenticating in the application, it will be possible to read and provide LinkedIn information, such as Campaign ID, Campaign Name, ad_tweet, among others. No content will be created from the processes we provide; the purpose of this permission is only to read information automatically and make it available to the user. The above accesses can be revoked at any time by the user directly in the application or directly on the Google platform at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Regarding personal data retention, the data collected on our site will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes described in this document. Once expired, the data will be removed from our databases or anonymized, except in cases where storage is necessary to meet any legal or regulatory provision.

The site user has the right to:

• Validate the existence of data processing;
• Access the data;
• Correct the data for completeness, inaccuracy, or outdated information;
• Anonymize, block, or eliminate unnecessary, excessive, or non-compliant data;
• Data portability to other providers, upon express request in accordance with national authority regulations, subject to commercial and industrial secrecy;
• Eliminate data processed with the user’s consent, except in cases provided by law;
• Information about who the data is being shared with; and
• Revoke consent.

The data we will store in a Cloud SQL database for the user are:

• Name
• Email
• Access token to the authenticated platform

We will use the above information to authenticate (via OAuth Google, Facebook, LinkedIn) on the platform requested by the user and fetch the information the user needs. Other information generated or requested by the user will be made available to the requesting user and/or stored in the repository of the user’s choice.

The primary purpose of this application is to automate the campaign creation and measurement process, removing the manual and operational process from the user’s hands, allowing them to focus on other activities to improve or enhance their business.

The data collected by the application https://sea.snt-mkt-automation.com/login will not be transmitted to any external company or business partner in any way.

The application https://sea.snt-mkt-automation.com/login does not intentionally collect (nor can it distinguish) data from minors under the age of 16. However, if it becomes known that data from minors have been collected, Leega Consultoria will immediately delete such data.
